We implement AI automation that generates more leads, more sales, and less busywork for your B2B business
For B2B companies between $1 million and $50 million in revenue. We fix the foundation the automation has to stand on, and every price we charge is published before you talk to anyone.
Bradley, on why the foundation is the whole job. Fourteen minutes, and there is no form in front of it.

Operations debt, repriced
You probably tried this once already.
You bought the tool. You read the case studies. You ran the pilot. And it died quietly on a foundation nobody checked.
The tool was probably fine. Dirty data, duct-tape process, fields nobody fills in. The debt you could tolerate for years was priced against inconvenience, and AI repriced it against capability. The cleanup you kept meaning to get to is now the thing that decides whether any of this works for you at all.
The data was wrong
So the automation was wrong too, only faster and with more confidence than the person it replaced.
The process lived in someone's head
There was nothing written down to automate, so the pilot automated a guess about how the work gets done.
Nobody owned it after launch
It ran for a month, then stopped firing. No one noticed until a number looked wrong.
So we fix the foundation first, and build the automation on top of it. One named system at a time, at a published price.
You can price the work before anyone calls you back.
Six of the eleven builds are below, with the number we actually charge. Each is a fixed price on a clock, and the runbook goes to a named person on your side at the end.
Owner's Revenue Report
From $3,500
2 weeks
The numbers that matter land in your inbox on a schedule. There is no dashboard to log into and no report to build.
Speed to Lead
From $3,500
2 weeks
Every new lead gets an answer in minutes. It routes to whoever can actually take the call.
Follow-Up Engine
From $3,000
2 weeks
The follow-up nobody has time for, run on a schedule until the prospect replies or asks you to stop.
Dead-Lead Reactivation
From $3,000
2 weeks
The leads you already paid for get worked again with a real offer and a real sequence. This is the one that tends to pay for itself first.
Invoice Collection Engine
From $2,500
1 to 2 weeks
Won deals become invoices. Those invoices then chase themselves on a schedule.
Signal-Based Outbound System
From $6,500
3 to 4 weeks
Outreach that fires on named buying signals, one prospect at a time, with a human approving each one.
Nothing here requires the next thing.
You can stop at any rung and keep everything built up to it. The first one is free and you can do it right now, without talking to anyone.
- Step 1
AI Revenue Scan
Free
Sixteen questions, about five minutes, no call. You find out why AI has or has not stuck in your business, and which automations you are ready for.
- Step 2
AI Revenue Audit
$2,500
We connect to your systems and compute the real picture: a maturity heat map, an AI readiness profile, and a ranked list of what to automate first. It credits 100 percent toward your first build.
- Step 3
Revenue Automation Builds
$2,500 to $6,500
One named system at a time, at a fixed price, with a clock and a runbook. Your team owns it when the engagement ends.
- Step 4
AI Revenue Partner
$2,500 a month
Up to three systems kept running and improving, plus a monthly working session with your team.
AI Revenue Partner Plus is $8,000 a month. The same partnership across more of the business, for companies automating in more than one function.
How the audit works
The audit reads your systems instead of asking you to grade yourself.
It connects to more than twenty tools, starting with whatever you use as a CRM. You authorize read access once. From there it reads what your records actually contain: field completeness, stage discipline, which deals stopped moving, what nobody ever fills in.
Two things come back. A heat map showing where the revenue engine is thin, and a ranked list of what to automate first with the repairs that have to happen before the first build named at the top of it. Every other readiness assessment we have looked at asks you to score yourself.
The audit costs $2,500. 100 percent of that credits forward into the first thing you build, and both maps are yours whether you build with us or not.

Who you are actually hiring
Our founder is Bradley de Wet. In January he left iExcel, the agency where he spent 4.5 years as COO, and gave himself one rule: build everything with AI, or do not build it at all.
Over the six months that followed he built the diagnostic that runs these audits, himself, with AI coding tools, and it reads from more than twenty systems. Over a decade in the executor seat had already shown him where good tools land on bad data. Six months of building proved the tools were finally the easy part.
The questions you were going to ask on the call.
Answered here, so the call can go straight to your business.
What does this cost?+
The Scan is free. The Audit is $2,500 and it credits 100 percent toward whatever you build next. Builds run $2,500 to $6,500 at a fixed price, set before the work starts. The Partner retainer is $2,500 a month, or $8,000 a month once the automation runs across more than one function. Every one of those numbers is published before you talk to anybody.
Is the $2,500 audit money I lose if I stop there?+
No. It credits 100 percent toward your first build or your first Partner month, as long as you start within 90 days. You also keep the heat map and the automation map either way. It is only sunk if you do nothing with it.
What if our CRM is a mess?+
That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly what the audit is for. The audit prices the cleanup as its own line, so you can see what the repair costs before you agree to any of it. Nobody has to tidy the CRM up before booking a call.
We tried AI once and it did not work.+
Good. You are the buyer this was designed for. Ask what will not work here and you get the answer before you pay for it. If your foundation cannot carry the thing you want, the audit says so, in writing.
Is this about replacing my team with AI?+
No. It is capacity for the team you have. Every build has a named owner on your side, and we do not start one without that name. Automation nobody owns stops firing, and it can be a month before anyone notices.
How do I avoid getting locked in?+
Fixed scope, your systems, your data, and the runbooks handed over when the build ships. You leaving is written into the scope document on day one. When it is done, you do not need us.
Why not just hire someone to do this in-house?+
Hire when the work outgrows the menu. That is the honest answer. Under 1 percent of companies your size have this seat filled today, and the ladder costs a fraction of the salary. When you do hire, the runbooks we leave behind are what that person starts from.
