Revenue Automation Builds
Twelve named systems. Published fixed prices. A clock on every one.
The whole menu, with the numbers on it.
Each of these is one named system, built at a fixed price, on a clock, with a runbook handed over at the end. Your team owns it when we are gone, and we do not keep a login.
Every price below is the base pattern. The one rule that moves it is published under the table, so nothing here turns into a number you only learn on a call.
CRM Cleanup and Architecture
We clean the data, rebuild the fields and stages around how you actually sell, and set the rules that keep it clean. Stale-deal monitoring ships with it.
Speed to Lead
Every new lead gets an answer in minutes. It routes to whoever can actually take the call.
Follow-Up Engine
The follow-up nobody has time for, run on a schedule until the prospect replies or asks you to stop.
Dead-Lead Reactivation
The leads you already paid for get worked again with a real offer and a real sequence. This is the one that tends to pay for itself first.
Lead Enrichment and Scoring
Detail filled in and a score attached, before anybody on your team opens the record.
Lead Routing and Handoff
Leads reach the right person by the rules you set. Every handoff is logged.
Meeting-to-CRM Capture
Call notes and the fields you care about land in the CRM. No rep retypes anything.
Scoped honestly: the note-taking tools already do raw capture for about $18 a seat. What you are buying is the tool choice, the custom fields worth extracting, and the rollout that gets the team actually using it.
Proposal and Quote Automation
Quotes build from the data already in your CRM. They go out the same day. Then they chase their own signatures.
Invoice Collection Engine
Won deals become invoices. Those invoices then chase themselves on a schedule.
Owner's Revenue Report
The numbers that matter land in your inbox on a schedule. There is no dashboard to log into and no report to build.
Onboarding Kickoff
Signature to kickoff runs on rails. A new client's first two weeks match what you sold them.
Sold as a follow-on to an existing build, not as a first project.
Signal-Based Outbound System
Outreach that fires on named buying signals, one prospect at a time, with a human approving each one.
Signal-only by design. This is not an AI SDR and it will never blast volume for you. If volume is what you are after, this is the wrong build, and we will say so before you buy it.
Keeping it running
Care Plan: $300 to $500 a month per system
Monitoring, fixes, and one optimization pass a month. Optional on every build. A build without one still belongs to you and still works. The Care Plan is what stops it drifting six months later when the system it depends on changes underneath it.
| What you are running | Care Plans stack to | AI Revenue Partner |
|---|---|---|
| One system | $300 to $500 a month | $2,500 a month |
| Two systems | $600 to $1,000 a month | $2,500 a month |
| Three systems | $900 to $1,500 a month | $2,500 a month |
One build plus a Care Plan is the pay-as-you-go rung, and on price alone it is the cheaper line at every row of the table above. Care Plans stack per system. The retainer does not.
The AI Revenue Partner retainer at $2,500 a month costs more than the Care Plans it replaces, and it covers more: up to three systems kept running and improving, plus a monthly working session with your team. A Care Plan keeps one system from breaking. The retainer is for when you want three of them getting better every month. If the monthly number is what matters most right now, take the Care Plan.
Both numbers, and the two rungs above them, are on the pricing page.
The one rule that moves a price
Second system of record, second funnel.
The listed price is the base pattern: one system of record, one funnel. That covers most companies at this size, and it is the number we hold ourselves to.
A second system of record, or a second funnel that has to be built and maintained alongside the first, adds $1,000 to $2,000. That is the only uplift, and the ceiling is $6,500, which is the top of the published band. No scope conversation ends above the menu.
If the audit finds a second system, you learn that before you commit to anything, and you see the adjusted number in writing.
Vertical packs
Six industries, and one anchor build each.
A pack is the same menu, pre-shaped for one industry: its system of record, and the one pipeline that industry runs on.
Packs publish after that vertical's first audit proves the need. So this list is what we intend to build, in order. We would rather ship a pack built from one real stack than six built from guesses.
Commercial field services
Fire and life safety, commercial HVAC and mechanical, facilities.
Anchor build
Deficiency-to-Quote Pipeline
An inspection finds a deficiency, the deficiency becomes a quote, and the quote gets followed up until it closes.
Accounting and CPA firms
Client accounting and tax practices.
Anchor build
Client Document Chase Engine
Document requests go out, reminders chase themselves, and the partner sees which clients are holding up which returns, without anybody keeping a spreadsheet of it.
MSPs and IT services
Managed service providers running a PSA and RMM stack.
Anchor build
Cross-Sell Signal Engine
The stack you already run gets mined for security and project signals, and the follow-up motion runs off them.
Law firms
Practices running Clio or a comparable practice management system.
Anchor build
Intake-to-Engagement Pipeline
Every inquiry is captured, qualified, conflict-checked, and followed up to a signed engagement letter.
Staffing and recruiting
Agencies running an ATS such as Bullhorn.
Anchor build
Candidate Speed to Submit
A candidate lands, gets screened, and reaches a submittal without waiting in somebody's inbox for two days.
Insurance agencies
Mid-market commercial lines agencies on AMS360 or Epic.
Anchor build
Renewal Review and Producer Follow-Up Engine
Renewal dates are mined from the agency management system, review packets get assembled, and producer follow-up is sequenced.
If you want the pack for your industry shaped around your own stack, that is what the founding client program is for.
Which one first
The audit tells you which of these to build.
The AI Revenue Audit ranks all twelve builds against your actual stack, prices the top items from this same list, and credits its fee in full toward the first one you build.
