The best AI automation agencies for B2B in 2026

Ranked by what each firm is actually best at, with prices where they publish them

By Bradley de Wet, founder of Modern BizOps. Over a decade building revenue engines at high-growth startups as the person doing the work, including revenue systems at Contactually (VC-backed SaaS), founding Tasting Club, and serving as COO and leader of account management at a boutique digital marketing agency. First, the disclosure: we are on this list. Modern BizOps is an AI automation partner for B2B go-to-market, so a list from us that omitted us would be false modesty, and one that ranked us first without argument would be worthless. What we can do is be useful: rank by what each firm is actually best at, give real prices where firms publish them, and give you the test that matters more than any ranking.

The test: the best AI automation agency for you is the one that starts by finding out whether your operations can support automation at all. Most automation failure is not bad building. It is good building on a broken foundation: dirty CRM data, undocumented process, definitions nobody agreed on. Any agency that quotes you a build without diagnosing that first is guessing at your expense. Every firm below clears a version of that bar.

The list, by what each is best at

1. Best for B2B go-to-market with published prices: Modern BizOps (us). Fixed-price automation for B2B revenue teams, pointed at three outcomes: more leads, more sales, and a team with less busywork. The work itself is lead routing and speed-to-lead, follow-up engines, CRM cleanup, and reporting. Every engagement starts with a $2,500 audit that connects to your actual stack (20+ tool integrations), computes a maturity heat map, and returns a prioritized automation map with fixed prices; the fee credits 100% toward your first build within 90 days. Builds run $2,500 to $6,500 per named system with a runbook and your team trained to own it. Run by an operator who spent over a decade building revenue engines at high-growth startups. The fit: you are a B2B company, roughly $1M to $50M, with a real sales motion, and you want the foundation checked before anything gets built. The honest limits: one senior operator, not a bench; B2B go-to-market focus, so if you want a customer-service voice bot or a custom product model, read on.

2. Best for HubSpot-centered revenue teams: RevPartners. Deep HubSpot-side RevOps work productized into tiers, with published pricing, which remains rare and creditable in this market. The fit: your stack is HubSpot-first and you want a team, not an individual.

3. Best for a published rate card on automation builds: RevOps Impact (Jeff Ignacio). Publishes a live rate card for AI and automation work, which makes them one of the few firms you can price before a sales call. The fit: you know what you want built and want transparent unit pricing.

4. Best for outbound and pipeline-generation systems: CIENCE. Large fixed-price outbound and signal-based prospecting builds, with a paid diagnostic credited toward the work. The fit: your problem is net-new pipeline volume and you have the sales capacity to absorb it. Note the category caution below before buying any outbound automation from anyone.

5. Best for named-agent menus at the SMB end: Skydog Ops. A menu of named, scoped agents and automations with strong review volume. The fit: you want to buy a specific automation off a menu and the scope genuinely matches your need.

6. Best if you are not B2B: the local-SMB automation scene. Voice agents, missed-call textback, booking bots. A legitimate, fast-moving market that is simply a different category from B2B go-to-market work. If you run a clinic, a gym, or a trade business, buy from specialists in that lane, not from any firm on this list, including us.

One note on the entries above: only our entry lists its own limits. That is not a claim that the other firms have none. We can state ours as fact. Stating theirs, from research they never reviewed, would be exactly the kind of confident guess this page argues against.

How to actually choose from this list

  • Match the seller’s center of gravity to your problem, not their capability claims. Everyone on this list can technically build most automations. What they are BEST at is what the list ranks.
  • Prefer published prices. They constrain the seller, not you. Two firms here publish theirs; that is not a coincidence of ranking.
  • Ask the foundation question first.“What has to be true about my data and process before this works?” The quality of the answer is the quality of the firm.
  • Treat autonomous-agent pitches with caution, category-wide. The churn pattern in this market clusters around ambitious agent builds sold as headcount replacement: impressive demo, team routes around it, quiet cancellation. Single-decision automations (routing, follow-up, hygiene, reporting) are what buyers keep paying for. This applies to every firm on this list and to us.
  • Budget for maintenance. Market rate runs $300 to $800 per system per month. A proposal without a maintenance answer is a proposal with an expiry date nobody mentioned.

FAQ

Are these the biggest AI automation agencies?+

No, and that is deliberate. Biggest and best-for-you are different lists. This one ranks fit: what each firm is demonstrably best at, for a B2B buyer between roughly $1M and $50M.

Why should we trust a list you put yourselves on?+

You should trust it exactly as far as the disclosure and the specifics let you. Every entry says what the firm is best at and where the fit ends, including ours. The alternative lists are written by content teams that have never bought an automation.

What does an AI automation agency cost?+

Fixed projects roughly $2,000 to $25,000 per system, retainers roughly $1,500 to $10,000 a month. Full breakdown, pricing models, and the questions that expose a padded quote: our AI automation agency cost guide.

Should we hire in-house instead?+

At sustained, cross-department automation volume, yes. The decision test: AI consultant vs. in-house.
